WARDENHOODFIELD GUIDE
THE WARDENHOOD FIELD GUIDE

A simple way into
the old world.

Wardenhood is a living atlas of 1,000 fictional holdings. Hold $WARDEN, wake a holding, gather its resources, and leave your name in the Chronicle.

THE SHORT VERSION

Four steps to become a Warden.

You do not need to understand crypto to begin. The atlas explains the important actions as you go.

01

Explore

Open the atlas and browse eight large invented regions. Every tile belongs to one region, including the former sea-facing edges.

02

Connect

Connect a wallet on Robinhood Chain. The wallet is your identity; there is no separate username or password.

03

Reclaim

Choose an unwarded holding, give yourself a Warden name, and sign the reclaim message.

04

Gather

Your holding produces all eight resources over time. Open your Chronicle to see the vault and gather what is waiting.

GETTING STARTED

Wallet and $WARDEN

Wardenhood checks your token balance on Robinhood Chain. The token is the key that lets a wallet sustain holdings.

What you need

  • A wallet that supports Robinhood Chain.
  • At least 1,000,000 $WARDEN for each active holding.
  • A small amount of network gas for wallet actions.
  • No login form: your wallet address is your player identity.

Your WARDEN is not spent when you reclaim. The balance acts as an entitlement. One million WARDEN supports one holding. If your balance later drops, the newest active holding is released first.

THE THOUSAND

Holdings are the pieces of the world.

A holding is one tile on the atlas. Its name, realm, lore, sigil, owner and production are shown when you open it.

1Click a tile

Open any holding on the globe. Unwarded tiles can be inspected by everyone.

2Read its panel

Check the name, realm, current Warden, sigil and resource yield.

3Reclaim it

Enter a name and sign the message. The server checks your WARDEN balance.

The map is fictional by design. Eight broad regions cover the whole globe and are separated by named rivers. They are not real countries. The atlas may show real camera windows, but the land itself is our game world.

THE RESOURCE LEDGER

Every land gives everything.

Each holding produces all 8 resources. Its repeating sigil marks the affinity resource, which receives the larger yield. Holding quality slightly changes the rate, so two lands with the same sigil can still feel different.

Production

Every holding produces all 8 resources. Its sigil affinity adds a larger bonus to one of them.

Storage

Each holding stores up to 72 hours of production. When full, that holding pauses until you gather.

Persistence

Gathered resources belong to your player vault. Losing a holding never deletes what you already earned.

Hold more, gather faster: active holdings share a collection multiplier: 1 land = ×1.00, 2 = ×1.20, 3 = ×1.35, 4 = ×1.50, 5 = ×1.65, and 8+ = ×1.80. The multiplier applies to all resources and is shown in your Chronicle.

Current phase: resources are off-chain and live in your Chronicle vault. They are not tradeable or withdrawable yet. The ledger is intentionally ready for future crafting and trading systems.

THE HEARTHSTEAD

Resources now build the land.

Visit the central Hearthstead to see every land you own and its upgrade progress in one place. Open a holding from there to spend gathered resources, raise permanent structures, and craft portable relics.

Structures stay with land

The Warden's Lodge creates Level 1 and increases all production. The Thornward Fence creates Level 2, extends passive storage and opens the second relic seat. These structures remain with the holding when its Warden changes.

Relics stay with players

Whisperglass Lantern, Stagstar Compass and Rootbound Reliquary are crafted into the player inventory. If a holding is lost, the relics remain owned by that wallet and can later be seated elsewhere.

WARDEN is not charged yet. Planned token uses are construction acceleration, rare blueprints, additional utility paths and living cosmetics. They are shown before activation so players know the direction of the economy.

THE FOUNDING MARKET

The Thornmarket is preparing to open.

Visit The Thornmarket to browse all eight resource houses. Connected Wardens can publish signed founding notices for resources already gathered into their permanent vault.

What works now

Public seller notices, resource amounts, open offers, WARDEN or ETH asking preferences, and wallet-signed cancellation. The server checks that the seller has enough gathered resources.

What remains closed

Buying, escrow, transfers and settlement. Founding notices show supply and demand while the game currency decision is still open.

A listing is not a completed trade. Resources remain in the seller's vault during this preview phase. The market bell will ring only after settlement and transfer rules are deployed.

YOUR CHRONICLE

One page for everything you own.

Visit /profile after connecting a wallet. This is your game dashboard, not a public login page.

Active holdings

See the lands currently sustained by your WARDEN balance.

Resource vault

See stored, waiting and total resources by type.

Gather

Sign a claim to move waiting resources into your permanent vault.

History

Former holdings still appear in the resource history through their recorded events.

Early Wardens Week: the first seven days include profile badges for your first oath, second road and third shire. The Early Circle badge is reserved for wallets that join during the launch week.

WINDOWS INTO THE REAL WORLD

Echo Windows are optional atmosphere.

Some points on the map are curated public camera feeds. They give the fictional atlas a view into the real world without changing ownership or game rules.

What they are

Public imagery shown through a Wardenhood visual filter. Feeds may be offline, delayed or unavailable; that does not affect your holdings.

What they are not

They are not land claims, surveillance tools, ownership records or a source of resource production. The game world remains fictional.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Rules worth remembering.

Can I explore without connecting a wallet?

Yes. The atlas is public. You only need a wallet to reclaim land, view your private Chronicle, and gather resources.

What happens if I lose a holding?

The holding stops producing from the release time. Resources already stored or produced before release remain attached to your player vault and can still be gathered.

Do I need a cron job for resources?

No. The current ledger calculates production from recorded reclaim and release events when you open or gather from the profile. There is no hourly background job required for this phase.

Does one holding produce more than one resource?

Yes. Every holding produces all eight resources. The sigil-linked affinity resource is produced at the higher rate, while the other seven are produced at the shared base rate. Holding more lands also unlocks a shared multiplier.

Are the 1,000 tiles real-world countries?

No. They are generated game holdings inside fictional realms. Real camera windows are separate and do not turn the map into a real political map.

Can I trade resources today?

You can publish a signed founding notice in the Thornmarket, but buying and settlement are not active yet. Resources remain in the seller's vault until the transfer system opens.

Where can I ask for help?

Ask Sher from the atlas for lore and context, or return to this guide for the exact game rules. The guide is the source of truth for mechanics.
